MBA’s TRAC Software is a complete project management package designed for the quick and accurate accumulation of the data necessary
to evaluate the loss. This interactive wizard software assists contractors and adjusters through a step by step process to quickly assess the damage, write a scope, calculate the bid, design a critical path, and develop a budget for the project.

Each module is designed to prompt the user through a series of steps
that help eliminate omissions and errors in the evaluation process. The software is equipped to present the data using industry standard pricing guidelines, or the user can enter the price lists of his/her company as the database of choice. As the data is accumulated and entered, a scope, critical path, and budget is produced for review by the adjuster, insured,
and contractor.

MBA’s Trac II Software is a program that produces a standard unbiased restoration service contract using industry standard price guidelines or
the user can enter the price lists of his/her company as the database of choice.

Additionally, the insured contact data captured in the initial interview is automatically formatted in the contract along with your company’s
contact data. A complete contract can be printed on site immediately
after entering the contact data. The accounting module is an interactive program that tracks costs against the project budget and the critical
path, and produces daily budget to actual reports for review by all parties, and alerts participants of any potential overrun in the budget or time calculation. Since this program accumulates the data on a daily basis,
and invoice can be generated immediately after the last entry.
